We were thrilled to have a fun and unique dining experience for our son who has food allergies! Hanna was a terrific server who carefully checked ALL items for allergens and made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of. Having a thoughtful and competent server is EVERYTHING for a food allergy family! Made our son’s birthday extra special and he loved the vegan cheese and vegan chocolate fondue!

Our experience (my fiance and I’s) was exceptional. Our waitress, Bee D, served us and was such a fun server. The Lana Del Rey that Bee prepared was indubitably to die for. We dined under the beautiful lights while listening to Good Luck Babe by Chappell Roan. Truly an enlightening experience!

What a wonderful date spot! We had the best time and all of our food was wonderful. Hannah was perfect, dropping off things right when we needed them, being chatty but not intrusive and overall very pleasant! Great time!

It was definitely a great experience, especially with it being our first time there. Sophie was a great server and explained everything very well. An added bonus was her artistic skills.

My daughter and I were visiting Kenosha for Christmas and came to the Melting Pot for dinner. We had an amazing experience. For dinner, it was a prie fixe 4 course menu. The food was so good. We had so much fun preparing it at the table. Really good variety of stuff they give you. I also had a strawberry lemonade martini that was refreshing. Our server was Sophie and she was great. You can tell she enjoys her job. We were also greeted by Jess the regional district manager. If the RDM is working Christmas Eve, that tells you about their integrity and leadership skills. That's got to be a great morale booster for employees to know that your big boss isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. We had a fantastic holiday here!

We had the pleasure of being served by Bee during our visit and she was PHENOMENAL. from the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She’s got our sense of humor as well!! She anticipated our needs without hovering, offered thoughtful recommendations and made us feel like we were the only table that mattered. It’s rare to come across someone who truly elevates the entire dining experience but Bee did exactly that. She deserves praise and a raise! She was awesome!!

My experience at The Melting Pot was exceptional! I was so captivated by the delicious cheese fondue and main courses that I completely forgot to take photos. Our server, Javi, went above and beyond—he was friendly, attentive, and even added a personal touch by serving us in Spanish. The dessert was a showstopper—beautifully detailed and absolutely delightful. Here are some pictures showcasing just how much care went into it. Truly an unforgettable dining experience!!!
